The purpose of this consultation is the rental and installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the Jean-De-La-Fontaine School Group in Saint-Ouen-Sur-Seine and the provision of associated services. The contract is concluded for a firm period of twenty (20) years from the date of commissioning of the Photovoltaic Power Plant. This duration is defined taking into account the nature of the services and the depreciation period of the Plant, even if it is not acquired by the City, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 331-5 of the Energy Code. As an indication, the estimated amount of the services over the total duration of the contract is between €400,000 (excluding VAT) and €500,000 (excluding VAT)
