Lot 3: Lloyd Gymnasium 5 objects, Bremerhaven

The aim of this tender is to find a suitable contractor (contractor) per lot for the interior cleaning of the buildings and facilities listed below, all in Bremerhaven. This includes maintenance cleaning and thorough cleaning of all buildings/facilities as well as disinfection in the Wiener Straße transitional dormitory (lot 2).

A cleaning area with a total size of 24,037.23 sqm will be advertised for cleaning.

Lot 1: An area with a total size of 3,980.34 sqm is advertised for cleaning:

a. Registry office, Am Alten Hafen 118,915.89 sqm

b. Seniorentreffpunkt Kogge, Goethestr. 23 444,19 sqm

c. Kita Folkert-Potrykus-Straße 1 1,571.96 sqm

d. Krisenstab Corona, Dr.-Franz-Mehrtens-Str.4 528.93 sqm

e. Containment Scouts, Twischlehe 29 519,37 qm
