Bayernets GmbH plans to update its property and property law documentation.

In Bayernets GmbH (LaRA)'s web-based property management system, inventory data collection of pipeline rights and rights verification are to be carried out for the pipeline network (including accessories, above-ground systems and cables).

Inventory data collection includes, in particular, the recording of the material and contractual safeguards of management rights in the property management system.

Following the inventory data collection of the respective section, the rights check of all parcels covered by the pipeline network (including accessories and above-ground systems) must be carried out with a current land register extract.

Finally, documentation of the reassurance (inventory data collection and rights check) should be carried out for approximately 500 parcels.

Bayernets GmbH transports gas through a 1,660 km long high-pressure pipeline network in Bavaria in an environmentally friendly way. With a grid area of 32,000 square kilometers, the company is one of the largest gas network operators in Germany.

Bayernets GmbH plans to update its property and property law documentation for a 1,500 km pipeline network and approximately 22,000 parcels by 30.06.2026.

In Bayernets GmbH (LaRA)'s web-based property management system, inventory data collection of pipeline rights and rights verification (also “order”) are to be carried out for the pipeline network (including accessories, above-ground systems and cables). In addition, documentation of the reassurance (inventory data collection and rights verification) is to be carried out for approximately 500 parcels.

Inventory data collection includes in particular the recording of the real and contractual safeguards of management rights in the property management system LaRA. Part of inventory data collection is the creation of processes in LaRA using the digital contract documents provided, which must be attached to every file in the LaRA property management system. For this purpose, bayernets GmbH will divide its entire network into several delimitable sections for the purpose of recording. The sections should ideally be processed one after the other.

Following the inventory data collection of the respective section, the rights check of all parcels covered by the pipeline network (including accessories and above-ground systems and cables) must be carried out with a current land register extract. The land register extracts are retrieved by the contractor via access to SolumWeb (Internet land register review of the Free State of Bavaria). Bayernets will bear the costs for this.

Following inventory data collection and rights verification, Bayernets GmbH will carry out the backup of unsecured parcels. For this reason, inventory data collection and rights verification should be performed for an estimated number of 500 parcels from reassurance.

The inventory data collection and rights review, including the retrieved land register sheets (land register sheet, release date) must be documented in an overview. The documentation must be handed over after each section together with the digital land register extracts.

In the course of the project, a consultation with Bayernets GmbH with a fixed contact person for at least two weeks is required. It is also important to support the optimization and further development of the LaRA property management system through feedback during inventory data collection and rights review.

Inventory data collection and rights review involve significant confidential and personal data. Accordingly, a data protection and information security management system certified according to ISO 27001 or an equivalent system must be in place.
