The subject of the contract is: Expansion of the backup environment of the central server and matrix environment of the Rzeszów Appeal, to the extent and in the manner specified in the Terms of Contract (SWZ) and Appendix No. 1 and 1.1.-1.4.

The list of technical and functional parameters together with a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the assortment and quantity list is presented in Appendix No. 1 and 1.1.-1.4. to the SWZ, which is also the Assortment and Price Form.

The required conditions of service and implementation of the delivered equipment, including the warranty, are set out in Appendix No. 1 and 1.1.-1.4. to this SWZ and in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.

Equipment and software subject to this proceeding shall be delivered to the court (Judiciary Unit) from the area of Appeal, in accordance with the information contained in the detailed description of the subject of the contract.
