Coverage of the patrimonial and civil liability insurance of the City Council of Terrassa and the Municipal Housing Society of Terrassa SA

The purpose of the contract of the patrimonial and civil liability insurance is to guarantee the economic consequences derived from the responsibilities that may correspond directly, subsidiarily, jointly or severally to the insured for bodily, material, immaterial damages, including moral damages or "petitum doloris", caused to third parties by the normal or abnormal functioning of the services managed by the insured and of the facilities and properties municipal, as well as pure economic damages, not as a result of previous material and/or bodily damage, caused by action or omission to third parties during the exercise of their activity, as well as the professional civil liability of the Terrassa City Council and the Municipal Housing Society of Terrassa SA.
