The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of the transport of persons by bus transport on line no 2 on the section of Chotyłów — Terespol — Chotyłów, launched for the following non-running trains cancelled due to capacity restriction on the Terespol — Chotyłów section by the Administrator railway infrastructure - railway station Polish Railway Linie in the period 12.04.2022 - 17.05.2022 r. with the inn for designated stations and passenger stops

1. The object of the contract is the provision of transport of persons by bus communication on line no. 2

on the section of Chotyłów — Terespol — Chotyłów, launched for the below listed non-running trains cancelled due to capacity restriction on the Terespol — Chotyłów section by the Railway Infrastructure Manager - Polish Railway Linie Railway Station in the period 12.04.2022 - 17.05.2022 with the inn

for designated stations and passenger stops:

1) No. 11801 on the section of Khotyłów - Terespol, runs daily 20.IV-17.V.2022,

2) No. 11809, 11811 on the section of Khotyłów - Terespol, runs daily 12.IV-17.V.2022,

3) No. 11828 on the Terespol - Khotyłów section runs daily 20.IV-17.V.2022,

4) No. 11832 on the Terespol - Khotyłów section, runs 12.IV-17.V. 2022 from Monday to Saturday,

5) No. 11836 on the Terespol — Khotyłów section, runs daily 12.IV-17.V.2022.

The implementation of railway bus communication requires one bus for each train and, in addition, the Contractor is obliged to:

(a) increased number of buses on the section of Khotyłów — Terespol for trains no. 11801, 11809, 11811

from Monday to Friday in addition to holiday days and 2.V.2022r. two buses;

b) increased number of buses on the Terespol — Khotyłów section for poc. no. 11832 from Monday to Friday in addition to festive days and 2.V.2022. Two buses.

2. The expected number of kilometers to travel in the framework of replacement bus communication during the order is 9758 kilometers (without empty runs), i.e. the number of courses scheduled

for completion of the order is 287.
