Vestfold kollektivtrafikk A/S invites tenderers to an open tender contest Minibus Vestfold 2018.

The aim of the procurement is school transport of pupils who do not have a public transport offer, or who have been awarded school transport for medical reasons.

The contract is for the hire of 28 minibuses with drivers, 25 full-time hire and 3 part-time hire.

Biogas is to be used as fuel in all the minibuses hired for full-time hire.

The contract period is 1.1.2018 - 30.6.2023, with an option for an extension for 2 years.

The competition is divided into 2 geographical sub-assignment areas within Vestfold. Sub tenders can be submitted for one or several minibuses, within 1 or both sub-assignment areas.

Sub-assignment area 1 consists of the municipalities Holmestrand, Horten, Re, Tønsberg, Nøtterøy, Tjøme, Sandefjord (old Sandefjord, Stokke and Andebu), Larvik and Lardal. A contract shall be signed for this area for the full-time hire of 23 minibuses and part-time hire of 3 minibuses, starting 1.1.2018.

Sub-assignment 2 consists of the municipalities Sande, Svelvik and Hof. A contract shall be signed for this area for the full-time hire of 2 minibuses, starting 1.1.2018. There can be a need for part-time hire of minibuses in the contract period.
