The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023
up to 1 404 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) of 10 705.23 MWh, of which:
1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the order) – 6 785.18 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ
2) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) – 3 920.05 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ.

Supply of electricity to premises and facilities1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 490 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 6 785.18 MWh, of which:
Zone I 4 979,79 MWh
Zone II 1 805,39 MWh
The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, details of delivery dates for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. Municipality of Rojewo – in relation to nw. PpE ordering party has the status of Manufacturer:
1) item No. 8 (PPE number 590310600001464964) in Annex No. 1a, the ordering party from December 2021 has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 19.44 kW. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion with the contractor whose offer will be selected of a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in a RES micro-installation and not used (about 500 kWh per year) valid for the entire delivery period.
2) item No. 10 (PPE number 590310600001465220) in Annex No. 1a, the ordering party from December 2021 has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 9.72 kW. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion with the contractor whose offer will be selected of a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in a RES micro-installation and not used (about 500 kWh per year) valid for the entire delivery period.
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
