The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) – Authority for School and Vocational Education (BSB) – Institute for Educational Monitoring and Quality Development (IfBQ) as client (AG), intends to conclude a framework agreement on printing and packaging, logistics and other services within the framework of the operational implementation of school performance studies (competence assessments – KERMIT, as well as the Hamburg Computing Test – HaReT).
These include – among other things – mandatory competence assessments (KERMIT) in grades 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9 in different domains for all Hamburg students. In addition, further surveys, pilotizations and standardizations of test procedures take place at irregular intervals as part of the evaluation of Hamburg's education policy with smaller cohorts.
With the help of the HaReT, objective, comparative statements about the learning levels, in particular the arithmetic precursor abilities of pupils in mathematics lessons in primary school are to be made possible. In particular, children with learning difficulties and learning delays in the learning process of numeracy should be identified. The HaReT is intended to provide information on the basic learning areas for arithmetic, for which there is a special need for support.
