The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for cloud services with a single economic operator. From the framework agreement to be concluded, benefits up to a maximum amount of EUR 410,000,000 net can be called up (upper limit)

The aim of the tender is to commission a contractor who can provide an enterprise cloud environment including administration and user environment within an existing master data center of the ITZBund (on-premises private cloud).

The platform advertised here will cover the "Platform on Premises" part within the ITZBund data centers. The operation of the offered cloud platform must be guaranteed without access from outside the networks of the ITZBund or even connections to external environments of the provider ("air gap"). This means that the cloud provider has no access to the environment during regular operation and no remote monitoring can take place. The cloud environment must therefore be able to be operated entirely in the ITZBund's data centers. All connection paths to and from the cloud platform are managed by the ITZBund
