The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of the installation of photovoltaic panels in Miączyn Municipality. The contract implemented under the project entitled “Renewables in Miączyn Municipality” co-financed by the EU under: Regional Operational Programme of the Lublin Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, Priority Axis 4 Environmentally friendly energy, Action 4.1 Support for the use of RES.
The order includes the delivery and installation of 310 pieces of solar installations with a minimum capacity of 0.976 MW installed in the Miączyn Municipality, includes, among others:
1. delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels in a place not shaded by any full-year scale facilities,
2. Supply and installation of the support structure under the panels,
3. conducting and connecting electrical wires,
4. Delivery and installation of the inverter,
5. performance of lightning protection- grounding installation,
6. Installation of security in switchgear,
7. conducting and connecting electrical wires
8. Installation of limiters to provide effective surge protection,
9. Execution of plug for electrical wiring in the switchboard of the building,
10. Installation of the control and measurement module and communication module,
11. running the inverter,
12. Installation of electricity meters,
13. Check and measurement of complete low voltage electrical circuits.
14. informing the user about the safety rules and proper operation of the installation — training Users, and providing instructions for devices in Polish,
15. carrying out the as-built inventory and development of as-built documentation, carrying out the required electrical tests and measurements and technological start-up of the system (these activities should be documented in receiving protocols),
16. connection of the plant to the power grid together with the notification of connection to the distribution network PGE Distribution S.A. based on the guidelines available on the site of the plant,
17. Execution of an energy management system based on ICT technologies (including measurement, operation and monitoring of energy use in the context of their scalability, flexibility and independence from suppliers).
18. The monitoring system will be covered by all installed PV panel installations. The Ordering Party requires that each installed installation is connected to the Internet in a way that ensures its monitoring from the application and allowing for simple placement on the portal and service of the Municipality. The monitoring system must enable the transmission of aggregate and individual data and include equipment necessary for data transmission and ensure that transmission during the life of the project.
19. The Ordering Party recommends that during installation take into account the requirements of disabled persons and the availability of controls for them (assembly carried out in a manner ensuring the possibility of handling activities for disabled persons in particular wheelchairs disability).
20. The detailed description and scope of execution of the subject of the contract shall be determined by the design documentation, administrative decisions and the contract model.
