The city of Wetter intends to allocate planning services in connection with the renovation of the Geschwister-Scholl grammar school in Wetter (Oberwengern).

In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, a brief information on the project, the key performance points of the advertised service and the processing of the Award procedure according to VgV available for download. The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application to participate, which must be used by applicants in the context of the participation competition. After the completion of the participation competition, the applicants selected in the participation competition will be provided with a detailed job description.

The aim is to renovate the Geschwister-Scholl gymnasium and the adjacent gymnasium (including energetic renovation), including the implementation of the necessary fire protection measures and pollutant remediation with the aim of maintaining a largely pollutant-free building. New teaching concepts (especially IT equipment) must be taken into account here. Structured cabling must be provided in connection with the renovation. Overall, the renovation is intended to ensure safe and future-proof continued operation of the school building for the next at least 30 years.

In addition, during the renovation measure, schoolrooms must be relocated to a container location on the school premises. The planning services required for this are also an optional part of the planning services.

The planning services to be provided are based on the performance profile of HOAI. In particular, the basic services of the respective service phases 1 to 9 are to be provided in accordance with § 34 HOAI (buildings and interiors).

The services to be provided are awarded in stages.

In addition, the following special services are also expected to be commissioned:

• inventory/technical substance discovery (including component openings),

• dismantling measures for pollutant remediation,

• participation in the awarding of expert services,

• Setting up room program/compilation room books (LPH 1/2),

• In-depth cost estimation (LPH 2),

• Preparation of comparative cost overviews of other technical participants in the planning (LPH 6),

• Participation in the review of supplementary offers based on construction industry (LPH 7),

• Setting up, monitoring and updating payment plans (LPH 8),

• Work as responsible site manager (LPH 8).

The required specialist planning services (technical equipment and structural design) for the renovation of the Geschwister-Scholl grammar school are awarded in parallel within the framework of separate negotiation procedures.
