The project includes energy renovation of 5 blocks in the general residential building Klovermarken. The cloverfield is originally composed of two departments listed in 1954 and 1957 respectively and merged into section 32, under the Nordcoast housing company.
After the renovation, the department will appear energy-optimized in what is established exterior facade insulation completed with brick shells along with new larger covered balconies as well as partial replacement of windows and new entrance doors.
In addition, the renovation includes replacement of ladder strings, fall strains, new control extraction plant, partial replacement of entrance doors and new door telephone system, partial replacement of radiators and finally a refurbishment after internal front area walls due to mold.
The form of supply is limited supply.
The terms of tender lay down the formal conditions for the completion of the tender process. It is therefore important that applicants for pre-qualification and later selected bidders put themselves thoroughly into the terms of tender (Parts 1 and 2).
The award criterion is best price-to-quality ratio.
The builder expects to pre-qualify five applicants to make offers.
