The assignment includes the collection of all bulky household waste (usable and non-reusable) in the municipality of Oude IJsselstreek from households and users of other plots that pay waste tax, with a circular yield of at least 80% (based on weight, product and material reuse). In addition, the collection via above-ground textile containers in the public space and the sorting and processing of the collected textiles in the municipality of Oude IJsselstreek in the municipality of Oude IJsselstreek also fall under the assignment.

The purpose of the tender is to contract one Contractor by means of a service agreement for the collection and processing of bulky household waste and textiles.

This tender is a 'social tender' and is reserved for 'social entrepreneurs' as described in art. 2.82 of the Public Procurement Act 2012.
