The City of Salo will request tenders for the procurement of a sanitation service for the Ollikkala school property in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices for the period 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2025. In addition, there is the possibility of one option year in the acquisition. The target of the procurement is the sanitation and sanitation services of the Ollikkala school property. The target of the procurement is a sanitation service for the Ollikkala school property. The sanitation service includes the maintenance and basic cleaning of the Ollikkala school property as well as other tasks described in this invitation to tender and its appendices. Appendix 1 Procurement requirements and service description describe in particular what the sanitation service must contain. The premises of the property must be cleaned professionally, economically and appropriately, preserving the value of the building and preventing premature wear of the surfaces. The property, i.e. the property, has ollikkala school primary school, Ollikkala daycare centre, Ollikkala gymnasium and facilities used by snipers and wind orchestras in the Salo region. Cleaning takes place five weekdays a week, i.e. from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. More detailed dates and requirements are described in Appendix 1.

A site presentation will be arranged for the procurement on Thu 4.5.2023 at 14.00-16.00. Participation in the presentation is mandatory if the bidder intends to submit a bid.
