The subject of this procedure is the stipulation of a Framework Agreement that governs the sale of petroleum products by AU in the performance of the functions of Italian Central Storage Body; such products will be delivered to the supplier in “Ex Works (EXW) /Free On Board (FOB) /Free Carrier (FCA)” mode. The subjects that will be deemed eligible by AU/OCSIT will sign a Framework Contract and will be registered in a list (hereinafter “Buyer List”). The signing of the Framework Contract and the consequent registration in the Buyer List entitles you to participate in the subsequent tenders that AU/OCSIT will hold for the sale of petroleum products. The subscription request can be submitted at any time and in any case no later than 14.11.2025
