Maintenance in operational condition of the four overseas support and assistance buildings (BSAOM)
This notice concerns a framework agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2325-1-1 and R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code. The purpose of this framework agreement is the Maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of overseas support and assistance vessels and it entails the award of its subsequent contract relating to the maintenance services in operational condition of said buildings.
It is part of a procedure with negotiation with prior publication in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.
The resulting contract constitutes the basis of the subject of the framework agreement and may be carried out as follows:
- in application of articles R. 2391-8 to R. 2391-10 of the public order code, the subsequent contract may include one or more optional phase (s) according to the terms which will be explained in the file of the consultation;
- in application of article R. 2362-7 of the public order code, the subsequent contract will specify the characteristics and the methods of execution of the services requested which were not fixed in the framework agreement and which will be carried out either as part of a firm share or by means of order forms;
- in application of articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the public order code, the subsequent contract presenting significant technical uncertainties will include a provisional part for orders for supplies or services.
