The city of Bad Camberg awards services for demolition, renovation and new building planning for the renovation of the outdoor swimming pool. The subject of this procedure are services of the building services planning, system groups 1, 2 and 7, including the swimming pools to be saniarized.
The city of Bad Camberg is the owner and operator of the leisure and relaxation pool Bad Camberg (Am Eltwerk 1). The outdoor pool, located in the city center, is open from May to September and has a heated swimmer's pool, a diving pool and a leisure pool with jet jets and a slide. There is also a paddling pool for toddlers and a hot water pool with massage jets. Access and use are designed to be barrier-free. The Bad Camberg leisure and recreational pool has existed since 1979 and is of great importance for the spa town of Bad Camberg. Due to its central location in the town center, it is easy to reach on foot as well as by car and its proximity to the “R8” cycle path also makes the pool interesting for visitors from neighboring towns.
The bathroom and the associated infrastructure of the building and technology are meanwhile in need of renovation (in particular due to non-DIN-compliant pool hydraulics and pool damage as well as poor cross-flow).
For this reason, the city council commissioned a feasibility study in 2016, which showed that extensive measures are required to ensure more economical and regular bathing operations.
The implementation of the construction and renovation work should take place in the period 09/2022 to 05/2024.
The fee should be agreed on the basis of the fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI) in the currently applicable version. The minimum and maximum rates do not apply. Bidders have the option of offering a flat percentage discount or surcharge on top of the HOAI fee for the basic services.
The planning services relate to the service profile technical building equipment for the system groups 1, 2 and 7, the service phases 1-9 (§§ 53 ff.). The awarding authority will commission the services in three stages. In performance level 1, performance phases 1 to 4 are commissioned. The contractor is not entitled to any further commissioning of services. Further performance levels would be performance phases 5 to 7 (performance level 2) as well as 8 and 9 (performance level 3).
The registry provisionally assumes chargeable costs in KG 300 for building construction (replacement new building) of 1.57 million EUR net and for KG 500 (including the renovation of the existing pools) of 2.99 million EUR net. For KG 400 (technical systems), a net amount of EUR 2.36 million (including usage-specific systems) is assumed.
The fee range and fee rate for the technical equipment service profile is estimated by the awarding authority for system groups 1 and 2 on HZ II below, and system group 7 on III below.
The city of Bad Camberg would like to use funding from the swimming pool investment and modernization program (SWIM) of the Hessian Ministry of the Interior and Sport (HMdIS) for the renovation. It should be noted that the project should only be carried out if the appropriate grants are received.
The city checks z. Currently also other additional or alternative funding opportunities.
