For the provision of additional GP services, namely: Diabetes, Shared Care Drug Monitoring, Prostate Cancer Follow Up and IUS Mirena for Menorrhagia.

This notice relates to an award of an additional contract to all GPs in Wakefield. As a mandated requirement to deliver GP services, all GPs will be required to deliver additional services as part of the Wakefield Premium Practice Contract. (WPPC). This will include delivery of the following services:

— Diabetes Services,

— Shared Care Drug Monitoring,

— Prostate Cancer Follow Up,

— IUS Mirena for menorrhagia.

Please note that the WPPC sits alongside the current GMS and PMS contracts that all GPs currently have and does ot superceed or replace this contract.
