Framework agreement for the support and supply of HSM components

The subject of this tender is a framework agreement for the purchase and supply of new Utimaco and Entrust components (hereinafter referred to as HSM components) as well as their support / maintenance and optionally the provision of further consulting services. The possibility of possible device retrieval, including hardware extensions and the required support level, must be guaranteed until the end of the contract. It is not possible to renegotiate prices or services.

The warranty for new HSM components begins on the day of delivery.
