The general purpose of this contract is to collect, analyse and provide independent and scientific data and information relating to national disability policies and legislations, their link with EU level as well as information about the situation of persons with disabilities in the EU.

In order to provide the information and expertise, the contractor will notably have to identify disability experts for each of the Member States and for Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and coordinate their collaboration adequately.
