The acquisition is subject to meats, processed meats and prepared food delivered in accordance with the terms of TOP Finnterms 2001 to subscribers' delivery destinations.
The acquisition is divided into subdivisions as follows:
1. Raw and ripe meats
2. Mutton
3. Meat products and food sausages
4. Dissections
5. Ready food
6. Crepes.
The bidder must offer the entire subdivision. The bidder may submit an offer in one (1) or more subdivisions. Part-bids within subdivisions are not accepted.
Primarily subdivisions must offer products in product form fresh. A few products are indicated in the invitation to tender, which are also allowed to be offered as frozen food. In part of the subdivisions, the provider must indicate the product form fresh/frozen food in the tender, and some of the subdivisions must only offer products in the product form fresh. If the provider offers a product in frozen form, it is good for the bidder to ensure its suitability during the submission of questions if the product does not include the text 'also allowed to be offered as a freeme'.
Procured product volumes are estimates of the need for subscribers involved in the joint acquisition and are based on the previous year's consumption volumes. It is worth noting that the preceding year was an interest rate year and contributed to a downward contribution to the consumption of products in schools and kindergartens, among others. Products are ordered during the contract period according to actual need, so estimated product quantity estimates may be exceeded or undercut. Contract products offered must be in the range throughout the contract period. If the production of the contract product is discontinued, the corresponding replacement product shall be agreed upon.
The delivery list attached to the RFQ shows delivery items and the rhythm of deliveries. The delivery list is indicative and may be subject to changes during the contract period. The products offered should be able to be delivered to all subscriber delivery items listed in the shipping list.
The contract period is from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the opportunity to extend the contract for three (3) one-year options periods (1+1+1). At the end of the contract period, the contracting entity decides at the end of the contract period after separate negotiations with the contract supplier.
Raw and ripe meatsProcurement is subject to raw and mature meats delivered according to TOP Finnterms 2001 to subscribers' delivery destinations.

Subdivision 1 must be offered in full, partial offers within the subdivision are not accepted.
Mutton rawPurchasing is mutton delivered according to TOP Finnterms 2001 to subscribers' delivery destinations.
Fresh mutton should be provided primarily for Subdivision 2, but frozen food is also allowed with the consent of the subscriber if the supplier is not able to deliver fresh mutton. The product information requests to indicate the possibility of delivery as “fresh/frozen food”. For Subdivision 2, frozen mutton is not accepted.
Subdivision 2 must be offered in full, partial offers within the subdivision are not accepted.
Meat products and food sausages. Subdivision 3 meat products and food sausages should be offered products in the form of fresh.

Subdivision 4 cold cuts should be offered in product form fresh.

Ready foodPurchasing is prepared food delivered in accordance with the terms of TOP Finnterms 2001 to subscribers' delivery destinations.
For Subdivision 5, ready-made food should primarily be offered fresh products, but products which are also allowed for frozen food are indicated on the tender offer.
Subdivision 5 shall be offered in full, partial offers within the subdivision will not be accepted.
CrepesThe acquisition is subject to crepes delivered according to TOP Finnterms 2001 to subscribers' delivery destinations.
Subdivision 6 crepes should primarily offer products in the form of fresh, but also frozen foods are allowed
