This contract must lead to a non-exclusive framework agreement with several suppliers for the purchase of licenses, user rights and/or maintenance and/or support programs with.b regard to standard software, which are offered in a traditional manner (via download or on carrier) and/or as a service, including purchase and management advice on license conditions, pricing models, different versions and conditions of use and training and assistance in commissioning.
