1. The subject of the order is:
a) preparing all-day meals in the Contractor's kitchen, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2132),
(b) the delivery of meals by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority,
c) delivery and distribution to individual wards (ward cookers) of all-day meals prepared by the Contractor, in the annual number of approx. 65,000 for all patients of the District Public Health Care Institution in Rydułtowy and Wodzisław Śląski with its registered office in Wodzisław Śląski, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski, 26 Marca 51 Street.

In accordance with the obligation imposed on the Ordering Party to expand the bed base in the event of an increased crisis situation, we reserve the right to order 200 full round-the-clock meals for the hospital in Wodzisław Śl. and 100 full round-the-clock meals for the hospital in Rydułtowy. This will happen only in extreme situations, occasionally, subst. Legal Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 27.06.2012. Journal of Laws of 2012, item 741 and the Act on the general duty to defend the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 372, as amended)
(d) receipt of dirty GN containers after separation of meals and washing them at the Contractor.
e) the provision of containers for post-consumer waste and the receipt of this waste with the simultaneous provision of new containers
(f) an average amount per patient's 1 full day meal will be used to settle the value of meals issued, with 100% of the value of the whole day meal being basic, easily digestible, diabetic and childhood diets.
