4-year framework agreement for the supply, installation and maintenance of the urban camera system and network and associated data-related services.

Through this framework agreement, the city wishes to perpetuate and further expand the current camera network and to grow forward-looking through data-related services that include additional ANPR functionalities, speed measurement, image analysis, counts (real-time and ex post) and other new techniques that are becoming possible.

This framework agreement is opened to other boards in the form of a purchasing centre (see Annex C). The Total estimate of this framework agreement is 4,000,000 EUR including VAT. The inventory for this file is about the Kortrijk case and is used for the assessment of the award criteria.

This agreement does not guarantee exclusivity.
