The subject of the contract is the redesign of the CORALY computer system, which aims to pool the resources of the various partners operating the motorways of the CORALY network, for better coordination and coherent management of the traffic of this mesh network and to optimize the overall operation of the network. The si coraly also makes it possible to guide users in real time to the best route according to traffic conditions. A study has shown the need to replace the current system without reusing existing tools (developments in G2 and C language). The future system will make it possible to bring about changes in the content of the data exchanged and will be able to adapt to new needs related to changes in transport modes. This contract includes a 1st phase of realization (estimated at 1meht) and a second phase composed of a fixed part (support and maintenance 335keht) and an optional part (possible additional developments 465keht)

The si coraly exchanges with the sagt/ pais of the operators, and makes it possible to propose actions related to traffic management at the scale of the CORALY network to the operators. The future system will also make it possible to bring about changes in the format and content of the data exchanged. It will also have to be able to adapt to new needs related to changes in modes of travel, regulations and technologies.
