The Altötting district intends to conclude a service contract as part of an open procedure. The object of the contract is the collection, transport and marketing of waste paper from paper bins in the Altötting district.

Collection of waste paper in the wood system• 4-week collection of waste paper from 240 l and 1,100 l containers provided,
• Emptied 1,100 l containers for waste paper at the Plus E recycling centers as part of the removal tours
• Unloading runs on call to the transfer point of the district's own roll-off press for waste paper at the Garching recycling center,
• execution of the container change service,
• transport of waste paper from the collection in the fetching system to the transfer point,
• Set up and operate the waste paper transfer point and hand over the waste paper to the contractor of lot 2.
Marketing of waste paper• Takeover of the collected waste paper from the Altötting district fetching system at the transfer point of the contractor of Lot 1,
• transport and marketing of the recovered paper from the Altötting district for proper recycling (with pre-treatment if necessary — e.g. sorting),
• If necessary Disposal of impurities and/or sorting residues
