Framework agreement relating to expertise and assistance in the field of real estate valuation of a property or a State real estate right, with a view to its sale or valuation, located in metropolitan France, in the overseas departments, regions and collectivities. This framework agreement is composed of 2 geographical lots comprising 11 identical services (lot 1 real estate owned by the State located outside Ile-De-France and lot No. 2 real estate owned by the State located in Ile-De-France). The Framework Agreement is concluded for a firm period of 24 months plus two renewal periods of 12 months each, for a total of 48 months
Lot 1: CA relating to expertise and assistance services in the field of real estate valuation, with a view to the State's real estate operations, in mainland France and in the French overseas departments and territories, excluding the IDFexpertise and assistance in real estate valuation in metropolitan France and in the DROM-COM, outside the Ile-De-France region
Lot 2: AC relating to expertise and assistance services in the field of real estate valuation, with a view to the State's real estate operations in the Île-De-France regionexpertise and assistance in real estate valuation in the departments of the Ile-De-France region
