Media supply systems:

The following types of media arise:

- VE water (fully demineralized water),

- compressed air,

- laboratory gases CO2 and N 2,

VE water

The demineralized water supply for the building is provided by means of its own demineralized water generation

Assured. This is located in the separate technical room in the basement of the building.

From here, the individual consumers in the technical laboratory rooms (clean room basement and laboratory 2nd floor) are connected. The line system is set up as a ring line with a bypass at the consumer points.

Compressed air

The building's compressed air supply is ensured by its own compact compressor system. This is located in the separate technical room in the basement of the building.

From here, the individual consumers in the technical laboratory rooms (autoclave, clean room, basement and extraction point in the laboratory, 2nd floor) are connected.

Laboratory gases N 2 and CO2

The laboratory gas supply for nitrogen N 2 and carbon dioxide CO2 comes from the in-house

Compact cylinder gas store next to the new laboratory building. From there, the cables are routed to the plenary mezzanine and on to the individual consumers in the technical laboratory rooms (clean room basement and laboratory 2nd floor).

Brief description of the type and scope of the works:

- 1 piece of deionized water generation (softening, reverse osmosis unit, electrodeionization.

Storage tank, double pump station, UV disinfection and regulation / control)

- approx. 60 m fully demineralized water pipes made of PP pipe DN 15 - DN 20,

- approx. 140 m fully demineralized water pipes made of stainless steel pipe DN 15 - DN 25 (ring line system),

- approx. 10 pieces of deionized water fittings made of stainless steel,

- approx. 195 m pipelines inert gases from copper pipe brazed DN 8 - DN 12,

- approx. 19 fittings for high-purity gases,

- 1 piece of compressed air generation as a compact system (screw compressor, refrigeration dryer and

Compressed air tank),

- approx. 48 m compressed air lines made of copper pipe with press fittings DN 12 - DN 20,

- approx. 4 pieces of DL fittings (ball valve),

- Approx. 17 fire protection pipe seals for media lines.
