Sandetel and the Digital Agency of Andalusia, as part of their security strategy, want to equip themselves with a tool that protects their critical systems and provides a fundamental IT security layer to protect the data, infrastructure and assets of the entire organization along with its processes. Additionally, it must provide new mechanisms to protect IT resources against cyberattacks that take advantage of internal privileges to attack the most important assets of both organizations.

This document will contain all the contracting aspects required for the product of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) family in the "Software As A Ser-vice" modality to be met to meet the needs of Sandetel and the Digital Agency of Andalusia.
