The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities (to consumption points) of the Waste Management Plant S.A. in Bielsko-Biała for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, together with the repurchase of the produced electricity (fed into the grid) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and implementing acts.

Estimated electricity demand from 1 January 2024
until 31 December 2024 is:
1) B23 tariff – 3,624,257 kWh;
2) C12a tariff - 4,049 kWh.

2) C12a tariff - 4,049 kWh.
The condition for the start of deliveries is to effectively carry out the seller change procedure, if necessary.
The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority prior to the signing of the contract that he has an existing contract with the local Operator of the Distribution System TAURON Distribution S.A., on the basis of which the sale of electricity can be carried out through the distribution network of this DSO to the objects of the Ordering Party indicated in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority declares that, as set out in Annexes 1 to SWZ, the estimated consumption of electricity represents only an approximate quantity which may change during the implementation of the contract.
For the C12a Collection Point (Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Bielsko-Biała at 1 Straconki Street), the Ordering Party has a photovoltaic micro-installation
with a capacity of 10kW to generate and feed into the grid electricity from the Renewable Energy Source Installation.
On 18.03.2022, the Ordering Party concluded agreement No. 65/BK/BB/OZE_MD/2022 for the sale of electricity generated in the micro-installation with TAURON Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. The generated electricity is fed into the grid of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.
The Ordering Party has separate distribution agreements for both collection points.
The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor selected in the procedure acts as the entity responsible for commercial balancing.
The contracting authority will bear the cost of commercial balancing for the actual amount of energy generated and fed into the grid.
The cost of commercial balancing for generated energy may not exceed PLN 10 per 1MWh.
The proposed provisions of the agreement for the purchase of electricity will be proposed by the Contractor.
The specific scope of the rights and obligations of the Contractor shall be governed by the Model Agreement (Annex 2 to SWZ).
