This contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of lease bicycles for the staff according to the principle of wage exchange.

This framework agreement is concluded with 1 contractor.

The Province of Limburg is looking for a leasing company that offers operational bicycle leasing to its employees, both contractual and statutory, according to a principle of wage exchange. Based on the most favourable possible ratio between purchasing power, quality supply, smooth communication, process efficiency and sustainability in the broadest sense, the province wants to offer such a system to its employees for commuting.

The province will conclude a framework agreement with 1 contractor. Within the framework agreement concluded, each lease agreement will be considered as a separate assignment (call-off).

The term of the framework agreement within which new leases can be entered into is 24 months, renewable by 24 months. The individual lease agreements (the calls) have a term of 36 months.

It must be possible to take over the bicycle individually at the fair market value at the end of the lease period.
