The object of this Framework Agreement is the award of the travel agency service for the University of Alicante (hereinafter UA) and for the General Foundation of the University of Alicante (hereinafter UAFG) and includes the management of the displacements and stays of the people who travel with charge to the UA or to the UAFG. It includes the management of the reservation, issuance, modification, cancellation and delivery of air, land and sea transport tickets, reservation, modification and cancellation of accommodation, as well as obtaining visas when necessary and insurance, mandatory or complementary, that proceed, where appropriate, according to the regulations in force in the matter object of the contract, and assistance in travel and stays.
