The key elements of the provision consist of the following:
• Scheduled Maintenance of Intruder Alarm Systems And Associated Equipment
• Scheduled Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems And Associated Equipment
• Monitoring Of Intruder Alarm System
• Monitoring Of Fire Alarm System
• Monitoring & Scheduled Maintenance Access Control Systems
• Maintenance & Service of Fire Extinguisher & Fire Blankets
• Remedial Work And Supply of Materials For Above
• Appointed Contractor Will Be Required To Do A Comprehensive Asset Schedule Prior To The Start Date of The Contract And Provide Annual Comprehensive Asset Schedules As Part of This Tender Opportunity
• Maintenance Service As Per Specification Per Annum
