Task 1: scrap up to 600 Mg (waste code 19 08 01),
Task 2: content of sandpipers up to 800 Mg (waste code 19 08 02),
Task 3: stabilised municipal sewage sludge in quantities up to 2 800 Mg (waste code 19 08 05) excluding the use of use referred to in Article 96 (1) (1), (2) and (3) of the Waste Act,
Task 4: pellets in the form of dried stabilised municipal sewage sludge with a minimum of 85% dry matter content (waste code 19 08 05) or pellets in the form of combustible waste (waste code 19 02 10) in quantities up to 3,600 Mg excluding the use referred to in Article 96 paragraph 1, points 1, 2 and 3 of the Waste Act.

The Contracting Authority shall exclude such processing (recovery) of stabilised municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05), granules in the form of dried stabilised municipal sewage sludge with a minimum of 85% dry matter (waste code 19 08 05) or pellets in the form of waste combustible (waste code 19 02 10), which is associated with:
1) the responsibility of the Ordering Party for the correct use of municipal sewage sludge;
2) the obligation of the Contracting Authority to examine the land on which the settlements are to be applied (in accordance with Article 96 (6) of the Waste Act);
3) the obligation of the Ordering Party to provide information on sludge doses that may be used on individual land (in accordance with Article 96 (7) of the Waste Act).
3. In the case of submission of municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05) or granules in the form of dried stabilised municipal sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05) to the R 10 processing process, the Contracting Authority authorises the use of waste in the adaptation of land to specified needs arising from waste management plans, zoning plans or decisions on development and land use conditions, for growing crops intended for compost production, for crop crops not intended for consumption and feed production.
4. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
