The contracting authority wants to procure the future communications solution for use in the medical emergency messaging service in Norway, as a replacement for the current communications solution. HDO HF has divided the delivery into phases so that the communications solution is implemented in-line with the introduction of different solutions on the contracting authority's side.
The procurement covers the purchase, adaptation, introduction and maintenance of the communications solution over the lifetime of the solution, as well as necessary assistance from the tenderer.
The contracting authority invites tenderers to a tender conference to inform interested tenderers about the content and implementation of the contest. Interested tenderers must register via the Mercell communication module before 26 September. The contest conference will be held digitally on 28 September at 13:00. A meeting link will be sent to registered interested parties the day before at the latest.
