The municipality of Contern intends to build a new administrative premises for the municipal administration on the plots with parcel numbers 243/4040, 242/1 and 235/4494 in order to eliminate the infrastructural, organizational and functional restrictions of the current town hall of the municipality and to meet future development needs. On plot 235/4494 there is currently the old school building whose premises are used by different functions (social office, housing, warehouse, etc.). The new construction volume to be created must be connected to the existing building in order to form an overall administrative complex. The existing access roads must be observed, and the building is also designated as a "protected building" in the local development plan. This tender has the services "object planner" according to the phases 1-7 of the OAI to the content.
