The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) for the needs of PKM Jaworzno with a total estimated volume of 5,000,000 kWh, the number of 10 collection points in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023,

The Ordering Party stipulates that to individual points of electricity consumption, the commencement of deliveries will take place from 1.01.2023, but not earlier than after the effective termination of the existing energy supply contracts and a positively conducted procedure for changing the seller. The Contractor shall perform all actions and arrangements with the Distribution System Operator (DSO) necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the seller and effectively start selling electricity, including in particular: termination of existing commercial contracts, notification of new contracts for the sale of electricity to the DSO. These activities will be performed by the Contractor on the basis of appropriate powers of attorney granted with the conclusion of contracts for the sale of electricity.

The supply of electricity will take place for the needs of facilities qualified to 3 groups (Category to the OPZ) according to the following classification (size subject to the right of option)

electricity for tariff group B23 3 350 000,00 kWh

electricity for tariff group C21 1 500 000,00 kWh

electricity for tariff group C11 150 000,00 kWh
