Concluding a framework agreement for the (individual) leasing of bicycles for the staff of the Mechelen group.

The purpose of this agreement is to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle leasing to employees of the "Mechelen group" in accordance with the principles of wage exchange. The city of Mechelen intends to carry out an operation that is neutral for its costs, with a lean administrative burden both for its own operations and for the employee who wishes to make use of the bicycle lease system. It must also be possible to take over the bicycle individually at the fair market value at the end of the lease term. The offer may include: breakdown assistance, annual maintenance and insurance against theft.

The framework agreement for concluding new bicycle lease contracts is concluded for a period of 4 years starting on the date of the award letter or at the time stated in the award letter (ie conclusion of the contract). The duration of the individual lease contracts is 36 or 48 months.

This government contract aims to conclude a framework agreement with 1 participant. The conclusion of this agreement does not give rise to an exclusivity right with regard to the contractor for the performance of assignments as described in these specifications.
