1. The subject of the contract is the service of performing the function of an investor supervision inspector over the implementation of the investment entitled "Expansion of poviat road No. 2116 L Gardzienice - Fajsławice" in the key project entitled: "Convenient, faster, safer" - improvement of the transport coherence of the Lubelskie Voivodeship through the construction and reconstruction of poviat roads improving transport accessibility to regional and subregional development centers.
2. The scope of works of the investor supervision inspector includes full investor supervision over road works as part of the investment "Development of poviat road No. 2116 L Gardzienice - Fajsławice" and participation in their acceptance.

4. The supervision inspector is a representative of the Employer during the implementation of tasks and performs his activities on behalf of and for the Employer.
5. The scope of duties and powers of the investor supervision inspector is set out in art. 25 and art. 26 of the Act of 7.7.1994 Construction Law and a mutual agreement between the Employer and the Contractor.
6. The duties of the Supervision Inspector will include in particular:
6.1 substantive analysis of technical documentation for the purpose of proper implementation in terms of the order of works, materials used and technical solutions,
6.2 supervision of compliance of workmanship with design documentation, building permit, contract for execution of construction works, requirements of the Employer and applicable regulations, technical knowledge and building art in the field of functional and utility solutions, technical, technological and material solutions, quality, durability and aesthetics of workmanship,
6.3 checking the correctness of keeping the construction log and making entries in it stating all the circumstances relevant to the relevant construction process,
6.4 clarifying all technical and construction doubts related to the implementation of the task, bearing in mind the position and opinion of the author's supervision,
6.5 checking the quality of works performed, products delivered and embedded, in particular the prevention of the use of construction products and materials that do not comply with the design documentation or are defective and not approved for use,
6.6 checking and acceptance of construction works that are being covered or disappearing, participating in tests, measurements, checks and technical acceptance,
6.7 giving opinions - in the case of proposals for introducing replacement solutions in relation to those provided for in the project documentation in the scope of materials, technical, technological and functional solutions, however of quality and standard not lower than provided for in the project documentation,
6.8 checking and giving opinions on material and financial schedules submitted by the contractor in terms of technology and organization as well as compliance with the investment financing plan by the Employer,
6.9 presenting or giving opinions on suggestions of replacement solutions in the event of inability to apply solutions appearing in the project documentation or when their use is uneconomical or inefficient in the light of current knowledge and principles of building art, and the cost of applying new solutions will not increase the cost of the task, provided that each solution must be reviewed by the author's and the Employer's supervision,
6.10 checking the documents submitted by the contractor from trials, tests and verifications required by law regarding construction works carried out, confirmation of their correct performance, achievement of assumed parameters, assessment of safety in use,
6.11 initiating and participating in meetings and technical commissions appointed by the Employer,
