The financial leasing contract in the leasing modality that is concluded must comply with the fulfillment of the payments committed by EMTSAM on the occasion of a second extension of the supply of the contract exp.016-19 mentioned above and for which the financing operation object of this tender is required. To that end, the contracting entity shall be provided with the information it requires on both contracts. The service contract will be awarded through an open procedure, as established in article 82 of RD Law 3/2020.The award will be made, ordinarily using a plurality of award criteria based on the principle of best value for money. The possibility of including variants is not established. The award criteria are specified in ANNEX X of this specification. EMTSAM will announce the tender of the contract in its contractor profile and, in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) in accordance with the provisions of art.80 4 of the Royal Decree Law, and must be able to demonstrate the date of sending the tender notice. In accordance with the provisions of article 80.5 of RD Law 3/2020, the tender notice will not be published in the contractor's profile before its publication in the OJEU.
