With this tender, OFGV aims to select one (1) Contractor for leasing and managing its entire fleet ("full operational lease" based on closed calculation with insight). The basic principle here is that OFGV is completely free of concerns and risks. OFGV will at least purchase eleven (11) vans during the term of the Framework Agreement, three (3) Volkswagen Caddy 2.0 TDI 90 kW BMT 4MOTION (AdBlue) and eight (8) Volkswagen Caddy 2.0 TDI 75 kW BlueMotion 4D from the Contractor. OFGV also wishes to include an option to scale up and down in the agreement.
