The municipality of Veldhoven is growing and has a great need for new homes. To this end, it has developed several plans in sub-areas. The aim of this tender is an efficient area development in Het Gehucht in which a contribution is also made to the sustainability objectives of the municipality.

The municipality is therefore now looking for one contract partner for the civil and cultural engineering work within Het Gehucht to carry out the area developments at an appropriate pace, with the right quality and with a streamlined use of its own device.

A framework agreement shall be concluded with one contractor. Under this framework agreement, it is planned to conclude a separate construction team agreement with the contractor for each sub-assignment. The first partial assignment and therefore construction team agreement will consist of preparing Het Gehucht Zuid for construction and housing.
