In order to ensure the development services of digital solutions in the long term, the KAIO is dependent on being able to engage IT partners in a timely manner who have both the necessary know-how and the necessary capacities to implement the corresponding projects with development teams.

With this call for tenders, up to eight framework contract partners (hereinafter referred to as CIP) are to be obliged, who can develop, further develop and maintain a wide range of digital solutions for the Canton of Bern or other bodies responsible for cantonal tasks. Missing competences and capacities can be covered by subcontractors. Projects will be awarded by means of a mini-tender procedure.
