The city of Warendorf is planning to build a new day care facility on the Eichenweg road in the New Development Area In de Brinke in 48231 Warendorf on a plot of approximately 3,398 square meters. Due to the development of further construction phases, a day care facility is needed in this district in order to meet the increasing need for care in this catchment area. When constructing the building, the city of Warendorf will place particular emphasis on sustainable, ecological and economical construction, which is why a complete timber construction should preferably be created. A restricted planning competition according to RPW 2013 with subsequent VGV procedure is currently being conducted for the architectural services for this project. The subject of the present award procedure is specialist planning for the technical equipment performance profile, whereby the planning of plant groups 1 to 3 and 8 (“HLS”) on the one hand and 4 and 5 (“ELT”) on the other is to be carried out in separate lots. The award procedure comprises the service phases 1 to 8, whereby a phased assignment is planned (see Section II.2.11 for details).

The subject of this lot is the technical planning services for the technical equipment performance diagram for plant groups 1 to 3 and 8 (“HLS”) in service phases 1 to 8. It is planned to commission the service phases gradually (for more details see section II.2.11).
