The concession concerns, pursuant to Part III - Concession Contracts and Part IV - Public-Private Partnership - of Legislative Decree 18/04/2016 n. 50, the management of the cemetery system with the realization of the interventions described in the Technical Report, to be carried out by and at the expense of the Concessionaire.
The economic operator will have to perform:
• the final and executive design, including safety coordination during the design phase;
• the realization of the works;
• the functional economic management of the cemetery structures built as well as the retrieval of all the authorizations relating to the operation of the work;
• ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, limited to the structures and areas subject to intervention, of the cemetery system;
• the management of the cemetery system for 12 years.
