Installation of modern storage technology in 4 existing halls from 1969. The halls are tempered below 12°C and the renovation is to be limited to the bare essentials. The focus is on the installation of modern warehouse technology.

A fire protection concept as well as building pollutant investigations for all 4 halls are already available.

Modern storage technology is to be installed in four existing halls from 1969 in the Hardheim material warehouse.

A planning office is being sought to be responsible for the project planning for the fire protection upgrading of the halls and the installation of modern warehouse technology. The intention is to award basic services of service phases 3 to 8 HOAI in accordance with the annex to § 6 Specific performance obligations.
