Reserved contracting. In accordance with the 4th additional provision LCSP, the tender is reserved for the exclusive participation of Special Work Centers of Social Initiative (CETIS) and Social Insertion Companies (EIS). These entities must be qualified and registered in the corresponding Public Registry (art.7 of Royal Decree 2273/1985, of December 4, which approves the Regulation of Special Work Centers defined in article 42 of Law 13/1982, of April 7, on Social Integration of the Disabled and art.5 of Law 44/2007, of 13 December, for the regulation of the regime of insertion companies)
