The present tender includes 319 general housing organizations containing 3,089 housing divisions. The total number of buildings covered by this tender amounts to approximately 51,000, of which about 27,000 have a valid energy mark and about 24,000 have expired or are without an energy mark. These energy brands need to be renewed or worked out.
A condition assessment of 20 selected building parts per building type must be carried out in the individual residential division and an external review of the Housing Department's operating plan, which includes provisions for Planned and Periodic Maintenance. The number of building types created for the housing departments in this tender amounts to 10,235.
The tender is divided into 41 partial agreements, each of which includes a contract for a more closely geographically delimited volume of housing divisions.
