The subject of the contract is: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in Lubliniec Municipality.
(a) Reception will be covered by:
− municipal waste collected in a non-selective manner — mixed,
− municipal waste collected selectively “at source” by division into fractions:
• paper,
• plastics, metal and multi-material packaging,
• glass,
• biowaste,
− expired drugs and chemicals,
− waste generated during domestic injections (e.g. used needles and syringes),
− used batteries and rechargeable batteries,
− consumed electrical and electronic equipment,
− furniture and other large-sized waste,
− Construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste
− worn tires,
− hazardous waste.
(b) Provide bags and containers intended for selective collection of waste.
(c) Provide containers for mixed waste.
d) Equipment of selective municipal waste collection point with appropriate containers and accounts

c) the number of inhabitants in the municipality Lubliniec amounts to approx. 20.000. The single-family development area has a population of 56%. The multi-family development area has a population of 44%.
